‍                    On November 6, Răzvan Balașov held a lesson titled “What’s the Deal with: Black Holes?” at Acton Academy Bucharest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

‍                    On November 9, Laurențiu Caramete gave a talk on what a career as an astrophysicist is really like at the International Computer Science High School in Bucharest.

 

‍                    On November 13 and 15, Laurențiu Caramete and Ana Caramete participated in the PA/QA workshop as part of the LISA collaboration.

 

‍                    Between November 15-17, Florentina Pîslan, Maria Ișfan, and Răzvan Balașov gave presentations on the LISA mission, quantum computers, and black holes at the Explorio astronomy festival. Maria and Răzvan will also participate to a jam session.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

‍                    The “Cu Mic cu Mare… prin Univers” job fair, organized by the Student Physics Association and the Faculty of Physics, took place between November 15-16, with Alice Păun coordinating student visits at the institute.

 

‍                    Răzvan Balașov will participate in the “Physics of the Cosmos” workshop from November 20 to November 21.

 

‍                    On November 27, Ana Caramete will attend the AFIST meeting.
