During 18-19 June, the Institute of Space Science (ISS) will participate at an event organised by the Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation (UEFISCDI) with the aim to present the results obtained within the research projects funded in the 2011 competition, as part of the IDEAS, PARTNERSHIPS and HUMAN RESOURCES programmes.
The Institute of Space Science will be represented on the 18 June panel by Dr. Vlad Popa, ISS Scientific Secretary, with the „Super-massive exotic particles in neutrino telescopes” project and by Dr. Ion-Sorin Zgura, ISS Director General, author of the project „Study of Anisotropic Flow in Relativistic Nuclear Physics using graphic processing units”.
